Prospects Home Care has specialised in the provision of agency care workers since 1989 to a variety of settings including the care of a diverse range of clients within their home environment . Our key objective is to ensure that the independence, privacy and dignity of each client is maximised to the full through the provision of a comprehensive range of high quality care and welfare services, each delivered to meet specific client needs.
We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection, and are inspected by them on a regular basis. We are also members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and The United Kingdom Home Care Association and abide with their Code of Practice. We are committed to a policy of Quality Assurance and all our staff are trained to a high standard. All our care staff are carefully vetted before being employed by us and are subject to CRB and POVA checks.
Live in care and Domiciliary Care
Prospects provide two categories of homecare: Live - in Care and Domiciliary Care. Live in care is for service users who require continuous care for different periods of time. Our carers will live with you in your home. Domiciliary Care is for service users who require help occasionally throughout the day but not continuously. Our carers will visit you for example for three hours once a day.
Free Assessment
We do not charge for an assessment of your care needs for our care packages. This would be carried out by specially trained staff visiting you and your family at home and evaluating the care requirements and needs within the home environment.
